JSK Advisory is a growth-focused digital marketing and automation consultancy that works primarily with professional service firms, especially accounting firms, as well as select corporate and advisory clients.

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert who can build automation systems, AI chatbots, and high-converting funnels/landing pages inside GHL. This is a technical, conversion-focused role — not a general VA position.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and optimise GHL workflows (SMS, email, pipelines, calendars, missed-call text back)

  • Create long-term event based sms/email workflows

  • Create and improve AI chatbots (Voice + SMS + website chat)

  • Write and refine chatbot prompts for natural, human-like conversations

  • Build high-converting funnels and landing pages in GHL

  • Implement lead qualification, booking, and follow-up logic

  • Implement FB/GHL Conversions API

  • Implement FB Pixel on relevant funnels

  • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and funnels

  • Follow SOPs and suggest better conversion logic where needed

Required Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and proven experience building event based sms/email workflows

  • Proven ability to build conversion-focused funnels and landing pages

  • Experience with AI chatbot prompting

  • Confident with complex automation logic

  • Strong written English and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience with professional service businesses

  • Make / webhooks experience

  • Ability to document systems clearly
